    1. Hi Barbara, the nice thing about the VIP program is the ability to change the dates that it is shipped and what you want shipped to you. For example, if you don’t need shampoo this month and you want to change your product shipment to something like our vitamins or the styling package you can do that and you get to decide when it is delivered. To do this, you can log into your Monat VIP customer account and edit your autoship. Pushing your shipment date back a couple of months will allow you to control how much you buy and allow you to keep your VIP benefits. To cancel your autoship and VIP account you can call the Monat customer service line. 1-844-MYMONAT (1-844-696-6628)

    I’m planning to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a
    difficult time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
    The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs
    and I’m looking for something completely unique.

    1. Hi Barney, I am using WordPress. The nice thing about it, is how easily you can change your theme to give your website a completely different look. If you’re just starting out I would recommend WordPress because there are so many tutorials out there to learn from. Hope that helps!

  3. I want to cancel my autoship/VIP. How do I go about doing that? The products are not for me; If I don’t wash my hair every day with MONAT then it is so masty looking. Im not sure why my hair isn’t responding well to this stuff.

    1. Hi Erin, thanks for reaching out to me. Something that often gets misunderstood about Monat’s Hair Treatment Systems is that when you begin using them your hair will go through 3 stages during the first 3 months of use: Detoxifying, Recovering, and Stabilizing. What you are experiencing is normal for the detoxifying stage and over 90 days of use is when you’ll see the best results.

  4. How do I cancel my autoship. It isn’t for me. I don’t like how my hair feels and I don’t want to change to another kind. I want to know how to cancel.

Hi Lisa, since you just started using Monat you are likely to experience some of the detox effects as the products work to clear away any buildup on your hair and add much needed moisture and nutrients to your follicles. I recommend you keep using it for at least 90 days to give the treatment time to create a healthier scalp environment for your hair to grow in stronger.
